This blog is dedicated to improving one's self through the means of maintaining a good diet, regular physical activity, minimal bad habits, healthy sleep patterns, and the intake of vitamins, supplements and water. Throughout the following posts I will be explaining why each of these are crucial to maintaing your immune system, strength, focus and weight. If you didn't already, I plan to convince you to begin monitoring each of these factors. 

The results of doing so will shock and amaze you. Especially noting how simple it is to alter your life ever so slightly to accommodate the needs you may have not known your body requires.
